“John came out to repair a pressure losing boiler which he said would be covered with a service by the description I had given of fault, initial inspection didn't identify any other fault even though he had said it looked like the sump could have a leak but no crack was evident, unfortunately once the service was completed and boiler operating the sump had a little bit of a leak once removed it had a split right at the back not identifiable without been removed, so this was replaced also. I cant fault the communication,effort or efficiency by John, will definitely be using him in the future.”
